We founded Union Management at the start of 2015 to provide a bespoke and individual way of working with actors as an alternative to the ‘one size fits all’ approach of many agencies. We are a strong advocate of the actor as a business and work directly with actors to develop this. Through this approach we found regular work for actors in Film, Television, Stage and Commercial and with a focus on the creativity and artistic side,  have found more fulfilled actors. In 2021 we opened our office in Atlanta to reflect the primary market of both film and TV shows (Stranger Things, Ozark, Fear The Walking Dead, The Resident, True Lies and many more) and now we have offices in both the UK and US.
Our secured work includes Jason Wilson in The Verdict, Vivian Gwasperi in The Crown (Netflix), Anne-Sophie Marie in Kenobi (Disney Plus) Eloise Foray, Ali Azhar & Anne-Sophie Marie in ‘Invasion‘ (apple tv), Sylas Szabolcs in ‘Baptiste‘, Rupert Fawcett in ‘Anatomy Of A ScandalBen ScheckI Severus‘, Jenny Valentine in ‘The Beautiful Game‘, Eleanor Tata in ‘Jurassic World: Dominion‘, Anne Marie-Sophie & Gabriel Mansour in ‘The Power‘, Ali Azhar in ‘Landscapers‘, Jenny Valentine in ‘I May Destroy You‘, Chuma Alex Oraedu in ‘McMafia‘, Ali Azhar in ‘Top Boy‘, Dominic Ryan in ‘Bansu‘, Alma Eno in Small Island (National Theatre), Tom Hartwell in ‘Last Night In Soho‘, Judith Alexander in  ‘Mad To be Normal’, Alex Gold in ‘All Or Nothing‘ (West End), Sebastiano Kiniger in ‘The Durrells‘ as well as many, many more TV, film, commercial and stage jobs – see our full list of client work on the Latest News section.
